The challenge
InChannel AI was building LIBBi as a complete business operating platform — one system that replaces the stack of disconnected tools most small businesses run on. Two of the hardest modules to get right were creative production and business networking. Small businesses can't afford agencies, yet generic AI image tools produce output that looks generic. And business networks make great introductions but have no structured way to turn a referral into a tracked, deliverable engagement. Both problems needed purpose-built solutions that fit within LIBBi's unified orchestration model.
What we built
LIBBi Studio is an in-house creative production module that lets businesses generate AI images, video, email campaigns, and SMS campaigns without an agency. Under the hood it connects to Kling, ByteDance, Veo 3, LumaAI, and Black Forest — routing each creative request to the right model based on format and quality requirements. Campaign briefs flow through LIBBi's orchestration engine, which coordinates model selection, output review, and publishing. LIBBi Connect structures the lifecycle of a business referral: a member discovers a provider, shares an opportunity, receives an AI-assisted proposal draft, and — once accepted — works inside a shared project with milestones, responsibilities, and progress visible to all parties. Both modules share the same context layer as the rest of LIBBi, so a campaign created in Studio can automatically inform a follow-up task in the Orchestrator, and a Connect project can trigger a Studio email sequence on milestone completion.
