The challenge
Aperture's finance team ran monthly billing out of four fragile spreadsheets and a lot of copy-paste. Errors were common, audits were painful, and onboarding a new team member took weeks.
What we built
We built a custom billing portal with role-based access, an audit trail on every change, automated invoice generation, and integrations to their accounting system. The spreadsheets are gone; the source of truth is now a single, documented application they fully own.
