The challenge
Lumen's operators were flipping between three vendor dashboards and a chat channel to keep their distributed equipment fleet running. Nobody had a single, trustworthy view of what was happening right now.
What we built
We designed and built a real-time operations dashboard that ingests telemetry from all their equipment, surfaces prioritized alerts, and ties directly into maintenance workflows — one screen, live, for the whole ops team.
